At TNZ Indonesia, we believe strong teamwork begins with strong human connections. This belief came to life during our Family Gathering on February 8, 2025, at Trans Studio Bandung. The event brought together employees and their families for a day filled with laughter, warmth and appreciation. Carrying the theme “Togetherness in the family creates success in work”, the event was designed to strengthen bonds among team members and their loved ones. By welcoming families into our company activities, we aimed to foster unity that extends beyond the workplace and contributes to better collaboration at work. More than just a company outing, the event was a celebration of unity. Every TNZ Indonesia member was invited to bring their families, creating a lively atmosphere where colleagues connected on a personal level and families became part of our shared community. The close bond within TNZ was felt throughout the day.

We were honoured by the presence of our commissioner from Japan, Mr. Yusuke Tanazawa. His participation reminded us that TNZ Indonesia is not only a company operating across countries, but also a connected family that values every individual contribution. Sharing this day together strengthened the bond between TNZ Indonesia and our global leadership, reinforcing mutual respects and appreciations.

Throughout the day, the atmosphere was full of excitement as we explored the attractions, enjoyed various rides and spent meaningful time with our families. Special performances by Trans Studio team, such as the dancing and singing shows, added to the festive spirit and entertained audiences of all ages. Interactive games encouraged cooperation and cheerful support, while the door prize session brought excitement and shared joy.

The Family Gathering 2025 reflected one of TNZ Indonesia’s core values, we grow as one family. It showed that our company is not only about professional excellence, but also about care, connection and mutual appreciation. When employees feel valued and supported, they would bring positive energy into their work and contribute to company’s success.
