At TNZ Indonesia, we believe strong teamwork begins with strong human connections. This belief came to life during our Family Gathering on February 8, 2025, at Trans Studio Bandung. The event brought together employees and their families for a day filled with laughter, warmth and appreciation. Carrying the theme “Togetherness in the family creates success in work”, the event was designed to strengthen bonds among team members and their loved ones. By welcoming families into our company activities, we aimed to foster unity that extends beyond the workplace and contributes to better collaboration at work. More than just a company outing, the event was a celebration of unity. Every TNZ Indonesia member was invited to bring their families, creating a lively atmosphere where colleagues connected on a personal level and families became part of our shared community. The close bond within TNZ was felt throughout the day.

We were honoured by the presence of our commissioner from Japan, Mr. Yusuke Tanazawa. His participation reminded us that TNZ Indonesia is not only a company operating across countries, but also a connected family that values every individual contribution. Sharing this day together strengthened the bond between TNZ Indonesia and our global leadership, reinforcing mutual respects and appreciations.
Throughout the day, the atmosphere was full of excitement as we explored the attractions, enjoyed various rides and spent meaningful time with our families. Special performances by Trans Studio team, such as the dancing and singing shows, added to the festive spirit and entertained audiences of all ages. Interactive games encouraged cooperation and cheerful support, while the door prize session brought excitement and shared joy.
The Family Gathering 2025 reflected one of TNZ Indonesia’s core values, we grow as one family. It showed that our company is not only about professional excellence, but also about care, connection and mutual appreciation. When employees feel valued and supported, they would bring positive energy into their work and contribute to company’s success.
As we look back on this memorable day, we carry forward spirit of togetherness we experienced. TNZ Indonesia remains committed to fostering a culture where every member feels at home, every effort is appreciated, and every relationship matters.

At TNZ Indonesia, employee wellbeing is an essential foundation for sustainable performance. As part of our ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, TNZ Indonesia conducted its medical check-up (MCU) on January 19, 2026, at the office. This program reflects our belief that maintaining employee health is not a one-time effort, but continuous responsibility.
The annual medical check-up is designed to support preventive healthcare by enabling employees to regularly monitor their health conditions. Through routine examinations, employees are encouraged to be more aware of their physical wellbeing and to take early action when potential health issues are identified. By bringing this program directly into the workplace, TNZ Indonesia aims to make health care more accessible and convenient for all employees.
The MCU conducted in collaboration with professional medical personnel, ensuring that all examinations were carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with medical standards. The process was well organized to minimize disruption to daily works activities, allowing employees to participate comfortably while maintaining productivity.

The annual initiative also reflects TNZ Indonesia’s commitment to creating supportive and caring work environment. We believe that healthy employees are better equipped to perform effectively, collaborate positively, and contribute to long-term company success. By consistently implementing medical check-ups, TNZ Indonesia reinforces the importance of health as shared value within organization.
Beyond the medical aspect, the activity fostered a sense of mutual support among employees. Colleagues encouraged one another throughout the process, creating a positive atmosphere that strengthened workplace relationship. Through this annual MCU, TNZ Indonesia continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting programs that promote health awareness, strengthen engagement, and enable our people to perform at their best.
